How do I create a room project?
Sign in to HearthCanvas, open My Projects, give your project a name, and upload a photo of the room you want to plan around. Save the project to keep its room photo and details together.

Questions about HearthCanvas
How do I return to an existing room project?
Open My Projects from your dashboard and choose the project you want to revisit. Your project page keeps its room photo, saved project brief, preview, retailer links, and any design results saved to that project.
How can I save a design result?
When a generated design preview is available in a room project, choose Save result on that project page. HearthCanvas saves it as a separate result, so it does not replace the project preview or any earlier saved results.
Where can I find my saved design results?
Open My Designs from your dashboard to browse saved results across your room projects. Each result links back to its project, and the project page also keeps that project’s saved results together.
Where do retailer links take me?
Retailer destinations shown with a room preview are configured for HearthCanvas. You can also save a product URL to an individual project. Following a link opens the retailer’s own website; purchases and checkout happen there, not inside HearthCanvas.
Can HearthCanvas create an AI-edited room preview right now?
Not currently. AI-edited preview setup is still blocked, so HearthCanvas cannot generate a new AI-edited room preview yet.
